Solman - Managed system configuration: "No FQDN Found"

No FQDN Found.

Sometimes you can get the following error during managed system configuration: 

This issue can be solved in the following way: 

• Open Agent Administration UI (SAP Solution Manager Administration > Agent Framework)
• Select required agent\host
• In the agent administration go to Application Configuration > com.sap.smd.agent.application.e2edcc: 

• Now we need to add 2 parameters (add property): 
• job.physicalhost.fqdn (check wiki link in order to understand FQDN)
• job.physicalhost.ip (host ip address)

After you add parameters, you can press save and than go and check your result:
